Step 1: Press Ctrl + Alt + Del
Step 2: Under Process, find Moniker.exe and End Process Moniker.exe
Step 3: Navigate to C:\windows\system32
Step 4: Find Moniker.exe
Step 5: Shift + Delete Moniker.exe
Step 6: Restart Msn
