Step 1: Run Regedit
Step 2: Expand the tree on the left in this order

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
SOFTWARES
MICROSOFT
WINDOWS
CURRENT VERSION
RUN

Step 3: Delete the line containing Moniker.exe on the right panel. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v216/alphaex/msnvirus/regedit1.jpg

Step 4: Restart your computer.
Step 5: Shift + Delete Moniker.exe
